During the Covid lockdown we were asked to help staff at a leading consumer rights organisation to improve their confidence and presentation skills when delivering project updates to senior management. All training had to be virtual with no in-person content.
WHAT WE DID
Initially created a 4 module (2.5 hours per module) virtual storytelling and presentation skills class which then expanded into a 5 module course based on client feedback
Modules include: Introduction to storytelling, effective explanations, planning a presentation, data and storytelling and confident delivery skills.
IMPACT
We are continuing to run this course regularly for new joiners and have received resoundingly positive feedback, including that 97% of attendees would rate the course as extremely or very helpful.
Feedback from the attendees included: “Thanks for everything. I didn't think the story telling part was going to be useful at the start, but when I was writing my final speech and incorporating everything we had learnt along the way it all made sense and made writing it really easy.”

We worked with a international management consultancy who wanted to up-skill their one of their technical teams to deliver better discovery and ideation workshops. The company had received feedback that their consultants were very technically knowledgable but needed to improve their presentation and delivery skills to run effective digital workshops.
WHAT WE DID
Ran a discovery session to identify the biggest skills gaps for digital facilitation
Worked with internal experts to create a two day facilitation skills course that specifically targeted those gaps
Created training decks, workbooks and delivery guides for the new course.
Delivered the pilot programme and two further in person cohorts.
IMPACT
We received very positive feedback from the three in-person cohorts. At the client’s request we then adapted the course for virtual delivery and then also into a shorter core skills version.

We worked with a law firm to create e-learning and supporting materials for a software upgrade they were implementing across 8 offices/countries. While officially an upgrade, the software had changed dramatically between versions and as well as technical information about how to use it, ways of working would also be impacted and needed to be included in the material.
WHAT WE DID
Created 7 short animated videos using Powtoon and Canva to delivery how to information on core activities, these were then adapted into e-learning modules
Wrote quick reference guides and a FAQ document which were published to the firm’s intranet
Ran multiple virtual drop-in sessions where users could join to ask questions of experts and receive help
IMPACT
The firm was delighted with the material and support and continued to work with us on other projects.
